Mission: We are a collective of creative people cultivating the tools and strength of spirit to meet every moment, every trauma, and every triumph head on. A 27-year strong Richmond institution, ART 180 is a community-centered arts space, gallery, and creative collective curating events, workshops, exhibitions, residencies, and art experiences for young people, their families, and the working artists in our city. We create spaces, free of judgement, encouraging creative self-expression while developing young creators and promoting them through exhibitions, performances, public art, and more. We build partnerships with professional artists, schools, and community organizations to guide young people in developing skills to help them share their own unique and important voice.
