Leading Conversations: Best Practices in Facilitation
Leadership Metro Richmond and the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities are excited to continue offering this educational training to teach best practices in facilitation by gathering safely in the virtual setting. Leading Conversations: Best Practices in Facilitation is intended to strengthen the Richmond region by equipping our community leaders with the tools they need to lead conversations in a manner that is inclusive, informative, and effective. The way we engage with one another is changing and it is important that we are equipped with the skills to not just navigate but also effectively communicate across this ever-growing digital landscape. This program will not only offer up practical tips but will also give participants the opportunity to put their new skills into practice.
